www.globaleasytradesolution.com sales software on payment basis, Each client should be responsible to purchase the realtime data from legal vendor, you can choose the data charge from different pack like for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year, depending on the services offered by the data provider. www.globaleasytradesolution.com does not provide options for cancelling the services before the subscription period for any of its retail services. Company provide free demo of our software available to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing. Hence, www.globaleasytradesolution.com does not accept any refund claims.

1. Payment once made will not be refunded under any circumstances,
2. Software/data once purchased will not be cancelled under any circumstances, WinTrader providing realtime data to customers through vendors, we will arrange and configure the wintrader files from legal vendor.
3. Under no circumstances software will be transferred from one user to other or from one PC to other PC, with the exclusion in case of following two clause.
1. In case system got corrupted and chance of getting back up, you have to inform our tech department, and our team will take necessary back up from your system prior to format and will reinstall the software on the same day after you formatted your system.
2. In case system got corrupted and no chance of getting back up, so fresh installation will be done, after verifiing the accuracy of hard ware configuration with our data records by our tech dept, you have to pay one month data charge for this installation and it will take maximum one to two working days for Installation, since we need to get the installation files for your system from our mother company in USA.

In both case, you have to inform your concerned sales person quickly whenever your system got corrupted with details about the problem.

4. Prices are subject to change without prior notification,
5. By depositing payment it confirms that you agree with Terms and conditions and disclaimer mentioned at website/software,
6. This is a single user Licence any multiple login found by the system, the same ID will be automatically disabled and all the legal proceedings false under Malappuram Jurisdiction only.
7. Company is purchasing data from third party data provider, so company has no responsibility in data server performance. In case data server stopped due to any technical problem or Maintenance shutdown, company will compensate your lost days.
